Privacy policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
This policy covers usedoric.com. It explains what we collect when you visit the site or book a call with us. It does not cover the Doric Time product. Firms that use Doric Time receive a separate agreement explaining how their data is handled.
What we collect
When you book a call: your name, email address, firm name, role, number of attorneys, billing software, and anything you add in the notes. If you add guests, we also receive their email addresses.
When you visit: basic usage data, such as pages viewed, the link that brought you here, device and browser type, and approximate location based on your IP address.
We do not ask for client information, and please do not send us any.
How we use it
To schedule and prepare for your call, follow up with you about Doric, understand how visitors find the site, and keep the site working and secure. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
A small number of service providers process it on our behalf: Cal.com (scheduling), Google Workspace (email and calendar), Slack (internal booking alerts) and Cloudflare (hosting and basic site statistics). They use it only to provide their services to us.
How long we keep it
Booking details are kept while we are in conversation with you and for up to 24 months after, then deleted. Site statistics are kept only in aggregate.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@usedoric.com. We respond within 30 days.
Visitors in the UK and EU
We process booking information to schedule the call you asked for and, based on our legitimate interest, to follow up with you about Doric. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and port your information, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Your information is processed in the United States.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date above.
